About the Event
Don’t miss this limited-time opportunity to meet and learn from the CMA Research Institute North Atlantic right whale aerial observers. This expert group of researchers and biologists fly along the southeastern coast of the U.S. to monitor the migration paths of the endangered North Atlantic right whales during their calving season. Hear what it’s like to spot a right whale from 1000 feet in the air, how scientists identify different whales and how they train for this unique career in marine science.
