VR Questions
The special experience will be available every day during regular operating hours at Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s Visitor Center on the 4th level exhibit floor.
VR Experience are not included with admission.
VR limited by available capacity daily. Purchase VR tickets at Ticketing, Guest Services or VR Counter.
You do not need a reservation. The VR Experience runs approximately every 10 min and can be booked onsite without a reservation.
RESTRICTIONS: Must be at least 5 years of age to participate. Children younger than 13 may participate with parent/guardian
consent.
WARNINGS: This is an immersive virtual reality experience that simulates an underwater encounter with aquatic life and other
undersea objects. The experience may not be comfortable for people with a fear of enclosed spaces or other sensitivities to virtual reality.
The experience is not recommended for expectant mothers or guests with a history of heart conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, abnormal blood pressure, or back, neck or shoulder conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are concerned about the use of the VR device.
MEDICAL DEVICES: It is recommended that guests with medical devices (including implanted, connected and external) follow the
directions of the device manufacturer or consult their healthcare provider.
SEIZURES: Anyone who previously has had a seizure or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult their
healthcare provider before using the VR Headset.
Eyewear and hats are not permitted during the VR experience.
